New, beautiful unique lightweight and warm Alpaca wool and cotton blend hooded poncho (warm, doesnt shed, hypoallergenic)
Elegant poncho in tones of brown, turquoise lines and dark blue geometric designs.
Closed style with wooden button. fringed bottom.
Materials: 80% alpaca wool and 20% acrylic. handmade.
Alpaca is 40% warmer than sheep’s wool, yet it wicks moisture away much more efficiently. These ponchos don’t have labels. The information I have is from the artisans that made them.
Alpaca items are hypoallergenic, also in these there is less use of chemical dyes.
Measurements are aprox since are handmade it can be 1” or 2” more or less on the sides.

A little bit of info about these blankets, they come from Ecuador a beautiful country in South America. Because of the Andes elevations above 12,000 feet, alpacas have a highly warm soft wool. Alpacas are smaller than llamas.
It can be washed in the washing machine’s most gentle cycle with cold water and cold rinse and then placed in a dryer under no heat.
